Registration & Entrance Procedure

To participate in the competition, please follow the registration process below. The competition area and the Motor Show area have different access requirements, so please review the information carefully.

1. Vehicle Show Entrance Ticket (Motor Show Access)

• Every car entering the Motor Show area must register one Show Entrance Ticket.
• This ticket allows the vehicle to enter the Motor Show exhibition area.
• During registration you must provide the vehicle license plate number, which will be used for identification at the entrance.

⚠ Important:

Access to the Motor Show area requires a valid Show Entrance Ticket.

2. Competition Registration

• Each competitor must register for at least one competition format.
• Available competition formats:
  • 3X Competition
  • 2X Competition

Each competition registration includes one entrance pass for the competitor.

3. Competition Area Access

Participation in the competition area itself is free.

However:

• Access to the Motor Show requires the Show Entrance Ticket for the vehicle.
• Without this ticket, the car will not be allowed to enter the show area, even if registered for competition.

4. Multiple Competition Classes

Competitors may participate in multiple competition classes with the same vehicle.

In this case:

• Only one Show Entrance Ticket per vehicle is required.
• Additional competition formats or classes can be selected during registration.

5. Competitor Identification

• On the Show Entrance Pass, the vehicle license plate must be included for identification.
• On competition passes, the competitor name must match the name registered in Termpro, followed by your personal name in brackets.

Team Name (John Smith)

6. Confirmation & Entry Badge

Registration becomes valid only after full payment is completed.

After payment:

• You will receive a confirmation email containing your digital badge.
• Please print the badge or save it on your mobile device.

The badge will be scanned and verified at the entrance.
